- March 2006: Memorandum of Understanding signed by Watford Health Campus Stakeholders
- April 2007: Football Club Registered Social Landlord Scheme Full Planning Consent
- May 2007: Public Consultation
- July 2007: Planning Application submitted
- Dec 2007: Planning Consent
- Jan 2008: Work begins
- June 2010: The Wrap –affordable housing scheme complete
- Late 2012: Site Clearance and Enabling works commence
- Late 2013: Residential (Cardiff Road) and Office/ Research Development to commence
- Late 2014: Access Road and bridge complete
- Mid 2015: New Health facilities commence
- 2018: New Health facilities complete
- 2021: Remainder of site, including residential complete
