Watford Health Campus will help create a green, cleaner environment. It will:

• Retain and improve existing allotment gardens
• Create significant new landscaped public open spaces
• Enhance access to existing and newly created green open spaces
• Enhance riverside walks and access
• Enhance habitats to encourage bio-diversity
• Use combined heat and power plant (Tri-Gen) providing electricity, heat and cooling for the entire site
