The site and proposals for WHC can, at times, seem complicated. Stace LLP, the property and construction services consultancy have prepared the technical briefing paper attached to provide a background to some of the issues on the site avilable below. A considerable amount of work has been undertaken to assess the site and achieve the current outline planning permission. It is the Council’s intention to provide relevant information and reports later in the ITN process. The summary of reports provides a synopsis of the available reports that have been undertaken together with an account of planning conditions and obligations.
WHC bidders day was recently held on the 21st July. A copy of the presentations is available below as Part 1 and Part 2.
